Money360 - Privacy Policy

Updated on October 14, 2026

Your right to privacy and control over your personal information is very important. This policy explains what the Money360 app, developed by Vilime Solutions Inc., does with your information. It applies to Money360 on Windows, Android, iOS and macOS.

Your data stays on your device

Everything you enter in Money360, including cards, wallets, transactions, categories and reports, is stored only in a database on your device. Bank statements you import are read on your device and are not uploaded anywhere.

Money360 does not have user accounts, does not ask for your bank login, and does not have its own servers. We never receive, see, sell or share your financial data.

No tracking

Money360 does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and does not collect usage or crash data.

Files you choose

When you import a statement, export transactions to CSV, save a report as PDF or make a backup, Money360 reads or writes only the file you pick. If you save a file to a cloud folder such as OneDrive, Google Drive or iCloud, that file is handled by that service under its own privacy policy.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are sold and processed by the Microsoft Store, Google Play or the App Store. To check whether your subscription is active, Money360 asks that store; this is the only time the app connects to the internet. We do not receive your payment details. The store's own privacy policy applies to your purchase.

Deleting your data

You can delete cards and transactions in the app at any time. Uninstalling Money360 deletes all of its data from your device. Backup and export files you saved are kept until you delete them.

Children

Money360 is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
